David oversees sourcing, deal structuring, and capital relationships, drawing on a network built through years of hands-on market work across North Carolina. He has led the firm’s expansion from value-add acquisitions into new construction and forward-purchase projects, reinforcing Eminent’s reputation for precision and reliability.
Before founding Eminent, David served as Vice President at Strategic Properties of North America, where he managed acquisitions and capital markets initiatives nationwide. He began his career in real estate operations and continues to apply that field-level perspective to every transaction. David lives in Lakewood, NJ with his family and remains active in local community initiatives.

As co-principal of Eminent Capital, Jay Feig leads the firm’s asset management and construction functions, translating strategy into execution across the portfolio. Known for his analytical approach and operational depth, Jay ensures that every property under management performs to its potential.
A construction and numbers specialist, Jay oversees underwriting, capital planning, and major project improvements across the portfolio. His practical expertise—spanning design, budgeting, and on-site execution—enables Eminent to control costs, maintain quality, and achieve consistent outcomes across diverse asset types.
Jay began his career in property and asset management in 2008 and later founded a construction company focused on multifamily rehabilitation and improvement. He partnered with David Roberts to launch Eminent Capital, combining his technical background with David’s acquisition and capital-markets experience. Jay lives in Jackson, NJ with his family and mentors young professionals entering the real estate field.
